液化天然气(LNG)冷能回收系统仿真设计

【摘要】 绿色汽车燃料液化天然气(LNG),具有大量的冷能,将该冷能回收用于汽车空调具有节能和环保的双重意义。本文对课题组自行研究设计的具有蓄冷功能的多级冷能回收汽车空调系统进行了数学建模和计算机仿真。研究了空冷器中乙二醇流量对其温度和风温的影响、系统压力对制冷量以及系统氮气流量对风温的影响,通过与实验结果的比较,发现仿真计算与实验数据吻合较好,说明了本文所建立的仿真模型具有较高的可靠性。
【Abstract】 The green vehicle fuel of Liquefied Natural Gas holds a plenty of cold energy. It is significant to energy saving and environment protecting if the cold energy recovery is used in air-conditioning system. This paper introduces the mathematic modeling and computer simulation of the cold energy recovery system, which is a system of multilevel cold accumulation. In the paper, the effect of glycol flow rate on the temperature of glycol and air has been investigated. Both the effect of system pressure on the cold capability and the effect of system flow rate of nitrogen on the temperature of air flow have also been analyzed. The simulative results are consistent with the experimental data, which proves that the method of modeling and simulation in this paper are effective and reliable.
