高频同轴脉冲管制冷机研究

【摘要】 本文主要介绍了一台小尺寸高频同轴脉冲管制冷机的性能。该脉冲管制冷机由德国AIM公司SL-400型线形压缩机驱动,在100W输入功率时获得的80K最高COP 约为3.6%,这一性能处于同轴结构脉冲管制冷机的先进水平,也优于作者研制的U型和直线型的类似脉冲管制冷机。

【Abstract】 A high frequency coaxial pulse tube cooler is optimized and main results are introduced. Double-inlet is effective but it also degrades the slope of cooling capacity vs. temperature and might not good at high temperature. There is an input power range that keeps the efficiency close to its maximum value, this makes the pulse tube cooler easy to adjust to customers. The low efficiency at low input power is mainly due to the conduction loss. The main reason for the decrease of efficiency at high input power is the large pressure drop through regenerator and corresponding pressure drop loss. Many potential application could be satisfied by the acquired performance of COP-3.6% with 100W input power.
