【Abstract】 The purpose that vacuum freeze-drying preserved the rabbit corneas is convenient for storage and use. The hydration of the freeze-drying rabbit corneas is studied and the best hydration solution is found. The freeze-drying rabbit corneas were used on animal experiment for keratoplasty in rabbit eyes, and the grafts remained clear postkeratoplasty.更多还原
