一种4W/80K的整体式斯特林制冷器
A 4W/80K INTEGRAL STIRLING CRYOCOOLER

【摘要】 介绍该所研制的4W/80K整体式斯特林制冷器。它适用于超导滤波器、超导延迟线等组件,并已成功地应用于上述组件的研制工作中。同时亦适用于高温超导、低温物性测试等领域。按等温模型简述热力设计的机理及方法、制冷器的结构及压缩活塞—推移活塞同轴结构布置方案、制冷器性能特性(降温曲线、温度—制冷量曲线、充气压力—制冷量曲线等),并进行分析讨论。同时介绍该成果的主要技术指标: 1. 制冷量:4W/77K; 2.降温时间:3 min(至77 K); 3.体积/mm~3 270×240×90; 4.重量:4.4kg; 5.输入功率:<140W(28V/DC); 6.最低温度:<30K;
【Abstract】 A 4W/80K Integral Stirling Cryocooler was introduced in this paper, Not only it can be successfully applied to the research for superconducting filter and superconducting delayline, etc, but also can it be used to the field of high-temperature superconduct or and low-temperature physical nature test, It has been described for the thermodynamic designing principle by identical-temperature mode and the coaxial structure of compression piston and displacer,The characteristics of cryocooler (curve of cooldown time vs temperature, curve of cool-ingcapacily vs temperature, curve of cooling-capacity vs inflation pressure) were analyzed at last.
