二类变量区间B样条小波有限元及裂纹诊断研究

【摘要】 由于裂纹奇异性的存在,使得采用传统有限元模型求解结构裂纹问题精度不高,为解决这一问题,采用小波有限元模型可以获得较好精度。现有小波有限元研究中,主要是单变量(位移)小波有限元法,本文开展新型二类变量(位移和应力)小波有限元研究。本文提出了二类变量区间B样条小波有限元的构造方法。选择区间B样条小波尺度函数作为插值函数,开展二类变量小波有限元研究。基于二类变量广义变分原理建立的二类变量有限元模型,在计算各类场变量时,无需进行求导,甚至也不用物理关系就能直接获得其近似解答,这不仅提高了计算精度,也扩大了弹塑性结构理论的解题范围。利用本文构造的二类变量区间B样条小波有限元模型,实现了裂纹转子的高精度建模,采用裂纹三线相交诊断算法,定量地诊断了转子系统裂纹故障。仿真分析和实验研究验证了模型的正确性。

【Abstract】 Because of the singularity of the cracks,the accuracy of the solution to structural crack problems was not high while using the traditional finite element model.However,wavelet finite element(WFE)model could solve this problem with higher accuracy.The existent WFE method was mainly about a single variable(displacement),while the WFE analysis in this paper was about two kinds of variables(displacement and stress).The method combined BSWI with two kinds of variables finite element.In this method,scaling functions of BSWI was selected as the interpolating functions for the construction of WFE method,and continuity of boundary was ensured by the relationships coefficients of base functions and physical parameters.The high-precision modeling of rotor cracks was realized via two kinds of variables finite element model of BSWI,and quantitative diagnosis of structural cracks in rotor system were carried out according to the method of three-line intersection.The simulation analysis and experimental study verified the correctness of the model.
