基于ANSYS和PRO/E的汽车水泵叶轮模态分析

【摘要】 为了改善结构的动态特性,提高其工作的可靠性,结合有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某汽车水泵叶轮进行模态分析。借助PRO/E精确建立了该叶轮的三维实体模型,同机配置ANSYS-PRO/E接口,将叶轮模型导入ANSYS中,形成相应的三维有限元模型.对汽车水泵叶轮的振动特性进行了有限元分析,计算出了叶轮的固有频率、振型,为叶轮的优化设计提供了可靠的理论基础。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the dynamical characteristic of the structure and enhance its working reliability,modality analysis is done on an automobile pump impeller with the finite element software ANSYS.The 3D model of the impeller which was built accurately in virtue of Pro/ENGINEER is led to ANSYS with the help of the interface configure,the finite element model is created accordingly.Vibrating characteristic is analyzed on the automobile pump impeller.The natural frequency and mode of the impeller, which are the reliable theoretic foundation of the optimization design,are calculated.
