【摘要】 柴油机由于结构复杂,工作条件差,因而故障率高,往往成为工程机械重点诊断与检测的对象。柴油机正常工作时的响声是有规律且均匀的,如果出现异常响声,说明柴油机出现了故障,异响是柴油机的易发故障之一。在分析柴油机异响的影响因素和诊断条件的基础上,介绍了6135K-9b柴油机常见异响的特点、产生原因及诊断方法,对柴油机的故障诊断与维修具有一定的指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The malfunction of diesel engine is frequent as its complex structure and inferior working condition,so the keystone diagnosis and detecting of construction machine is diesel.When diesel engine works in gear,its sound is regular and well-proportioned, if not,fault happens to it.The abnormal noise is a common 6135K-9b diesel malfunction.On the basis of analyzing different influencing factors and diagnosing conditions,different noises characteristic,produce cause and diagnosis method are introduced.This paper will be a reference and a guide for the diesel fault diagnosis and maintenance.更多还原
