建筑幕墙松动损伤测定及其动态检测系统的建立

【摘要】 幕墙面板的松动损伤直接影响到建筑幕墙的安全使用和可靠性能。本文提出了一种利用动态法获得幕墙玻璃固有频率来识别建筑幕墙的松动损伤程度。通过试验,研究了四边夹支幕墙玻璃试样边界松紧程度与其固有频率变化之间的关系。从而根据实测玻璃的固有频率来评价其松动损伤程度。最后,对该方法的现场检测系统与方法实施过程进行了简单的描述。
【Abstract】 The curtain wall face-plate looseness damage will directly affect the safety and relia- bility performance of the building curtain wall.In this work,a way that use nature frequency which measured by dynamic method to describe the extend of looseness damage of the building curtain wall is proposed.The relationship between the glass with 4 sides fixed from fasten to flexible and the na- tive frequency of the curtain wall glass is analyzed by experiment,thus we can evaluating the loose- hess damage degree of the glass by measure its natural frequency change rate.At last,the detection system and implementation process of this detection method are explained briefly.
