拉杆式模型转子固有频率的实验与计算研究

【摘要】 在不同轴向预紧力和接触面粗糙度的条件下,测量了拉杆式模型转子的固有频率。建立了拉杆模型转子的力学模型,用试凑法确定了叶轮间的接触刚度。经用传递矩阵法和有限元法计算验证:这一力学模型和接触刚度值能够较好的反映该转子的动力学特性。
【Abstract】 Natural frequencies of rod fastening rotors were measured under different preload and contact surface roughness conditions.A mechanical model was developed and the contact stiffness of rod fastening rotors was determinate by trial method.Transfer matrix method and the finite element method were used to calculate its natural frequencies.The results show that the mechanical model and the contact stiffness can reflect the dynamics character of rod fastening rotors appropriately.
