不同类型联轴器对转子系统临界转速影响理论与试验研究
THEORY AND EXPERIMENT RESEARCHS ON CRITICAL SPEEDS OF ROTOR SYSTEM WITH DIFFERENT TYPES OF COUPLINGS

【摘要】 推导了齿式联轴器刚度模型,并计算了三类联轴器:凸缘联轴器、齿式联轴器和柔性联轴器连接的转子系统的临界转速;并通过实验验证了三类联轴器对转子系统临界转速的影响规律。计算和实验结果表明,联轴器连接的转子系统临界转速由高到低分别为:凸缘联轴器、齿式联轴器和柔性联轴器,计算和实验结果吻合较好。研究结果提供了一种计算齿式联轴器刚度的方法,同时为联轴器的选型和转子系统临界转速的调整提供了一种思路。
【Abstract】 Rigidity model of gear coupling is derived,the critical speeds of rotor systems connected by three types of couplings:flange coupling,gear coupling and flexible coupling are calculated;the influences of couplings on critical speeds of rotor systems are validated by experiment.Research results show critical speeds of rotor systems connected by coupling from high to low are flange,gear and flexible coupling,respectively.The results between calculation and experiment are matchable.This research results provide a method to calculate the rigidity of gear coupling,and also provides a new thought for selecting coupling and adjusting the critical speed of rotor system.
