填充型壳聚糖/PVA复合膜的吸湿性研究

【摘要】 以等量壳聚糖和 PVA 为原料填充分子筛,制备新型的生物可降解膜,考察了新型复合膜的吸湿性能和热性能。结果表明:复合膜的吸湿率随温度的升高而降低;随相对湿度的升高而增加。填充剂的加入使膜的吸湿率降低,白炭黑比分子筛的作用更为明显。DSC 分析表明,加入填充剂可使复合膜的玻璃化转变温度升高,白炭黑的效果更大,与吸湿结果相一致。

【Abstract】 With equal-amount chitosan and PVA as main materials,new biodegradable composite membranes were prepared by adding molecular sieve fillers.These membranes were investigated for obtaining the water vapor adsorption and thermal properties.Experimental results showed that composite membranes can absorb less water vapor as temperature increases whereas they can absorb more water vapor as relative humidity increases.The filler renders membranes absorb less water and silica hydrated white carbon black is more effective than zeolite.DSC results showed that incorporating filler leads the increase in glass transition temperature,especially for silica hydrated white carbon black.This is consistent with the absorption results.
