消除刹车不平顺性车辆底盘-转向系统的半主动控制

【摘要】 车辆制动过程引起的振动是指车辆制动过程中驾乘人员在方向盘、制动脚踏板和座椅上感觉到的过度振动,又称为刹车不平顺性、制动颤抖或发抖。制动过程引起的振动使驾乘人员的安全感和舒适感变差,对车辆的性能和质量产生很大的负面影响。特别是汽车在高行驶里程下,关键零部件的磨损和动力学性能下降,刹车不平顺性问题更加突出。通过运用振动理论和试验分析方法研究了车辆底盘-转向系统的机-液耦合动力学特性和由于刹车盘的厚度变化而产生的刹车液压系统的压力波动,制动力矩波动和悬架系统振动和车辆转向系统振动特性。提出了应用半主动控制摩擦阻尼器消除刹车不平顺性的方法。车辆道路试验证实了半主动控制摩擦阻尼器消除刹车不平顺性的可行性。

【Abstract】 The brake-induced vibration, also known as brake roughness, brake judder or shudder, is the excessive vibration that is uncomfortably felt by the vehicle occupants when the brake is applied. The vibration can be sensed through the steering wheel (shake or nibble), brake pedal, seat and floor. If the brake-induced vibration of a vehicle is severe enough, it negatively impacts the satisfaction of customers with the vehicle performance and quality. With the vehicle high mileage, the brake-induced vibration is much severely generated by the wears and the degradation in dynamic characteristics of the key components. The mechanical-hydraulic coupling dynamic characteristics of the vehicle chassis and steering systems and the dynamic characteristics of suspensions and steering systems are analyzed by the methods of vibration theory and road tests while the variation in disk thickness causes the fluctuation of brake pressure on the caliper, resulting in the variation of brake torque. The approach of semi-active control to eliminate brake roughness with controllable friction damper is presented and the concept and method have been successfully demonstrated on a typical mid-size vehicle.
