陶瓷电主轴单元的振动特性研究

【摘要】 电主轴是多数数控机床主轴采用的一种较理想结构。陶瓷轴承电主轴单元的出现,使数控机床的产品档次明显提高。如何在此基础上进一步提高机床主轴单元的精度、转速和功率,是我国机床工业的当务之急。电主轴的结构虽然简单,但应用陶瓷轴承带来的一系列技术难题,必须妥善解决。陶瓷电主轴单元的振动性能,直接关系到主轴能否实现平稳高速、精密加工。文章结合陶瓷轴承电主轴单元的研制实践,研究了高速主轴用热压氮化硅陶瓷球轴承的结构优化设计和轴承予负荷的确定,探讨了电主轴单元的结构布局形式的选择,并对电主轴进行了动态性能实验研究。通过电主轴的振动速度和振动频谱分析表明,该型电主轴振动小、运转精度高,适应高速加工的要求。

【Abstract】 The Electric spindle was an ideal structure for spindle of many numerical control machine tools . Because of occurrence of ceramic bearing electric spindle units, the level of product of numerical control machine tools had obviously been enhanced. Now it is necessity for our national industry of machine tools how to enhance the precision and power and rotational speed of spindle units of machine tools further. Although the structure of electric spindle was simple, a series of technical problems by reason of applying ceramic bearing must be coped with. The vibrant performance of ceramic bearing electric spindle units was directly the spindle could achieve the precise manufacture and smooth high-speed whether or not. This paper By the experiment of ceramic bearing electric spindle units, this paper studied structural optimum design of HIPSN ceramic balls bearing for high-speed electric spindle and initial value of the load for bearing, discussed the choice of structural design for high-speed electric spindle units, and studied dynamic performance of electric spindle by experiment. Through the analysis for vibrant speed and spectrum of electric spindle, it was shown that this type of electric spindle had little vibration and high running precision and could content with demand of high-speed manufacture.
