【摘要】 对超磁致伸缩材料进行机械-电磁特性测试,设计制作了基于计算机数据采集卡的测试系统,测定了在不同预压应力下的磁致伸缩特征曲线,探寻超磁致伸缩微位移制动器最佳工作压力与系统参数关系,为建立超磁致伸缩材料的本构关系提供实验依据。

【Abstract】 As a kind of high scientific and functional material, giant magnetostrictive material has been widely used in motor, aeronautic, robot manufacturing industry, as well as in intelligent structure, at present, there existed only feasibility research and experiment stage in material application and device improvement. based on static and dynamic characteristic experiment controlled by computer, found and grasped the basic characteristic of material, provided data for the research and application. In the static characteristic experiment, it is observed that the curve of force & displacement is the ring of hysteric. By the compute method, it is obtained that the experiment formula of the magnetostrictive valueALmax and the pre - stress and the best pre - stress value as well as the rule of the more pre - stress the more magnetostrictive force.
