东海边际气田开发水下生产系统关键技术研究
The Key Technology Study of Subsea Production Systems for the Development of Marginal Gas Fields in the East China Sea

【摘要】 针对上海及周边地区对天然气需求的不断增长和东海存在大量边际气田的特点,并鉴于采用常规的海洋工程开发方案难以经济有效地进行开发的现状,现通过对国内外采用水下生产系统开发边际气田的分析, 提出在东海采用水下生产系统开发边际气田的总体设计、系统集成、流动保障、建造测试和安装调试等五方面的关键技术,并提出了“系统集成—技术开发—硬件开发—形成系统”的技术路线。
【Abstract】 For the increasing demand of natural gas in Shanghai and its all around area, and there are many marginal gas fields in the East China Sea, the report analyses that the conventional offshore engineering methods are not economical for the development for theses marginal gas fields.through the analyses of subsea production system used to develop marginal gas fields worldwide, the report subscripts five key technologies to be studied for the use of subsea production system for the development of marginal gas fields in the East China Sea, such as overall design, system integration, flow assurance, fabrication, installation and commissioning etc. and outlines the study line as "system integration---technical development---hardware development---system buildup".
