海洋腐蚀控制设计及评估综合系统

【摘要】 采用Matlab 科学与工程计算高级语言、SQL Server 关系数据库软件、边界元数值计算技术以及动态海水模拟及加速试验技术、电化学测试试验技术、海洋环境介质测试技术、防护涂层性能测试技术及电子显微分析技术,建立了集计算机科学技术、数值模拟技术及实验室测试分析技术于一体的海洋环境腐蚀控制设计与评价综合系统,使得船舶、海洋平台、海底管道、储油罐、港口设施、跨海大桥等海洋结构物腐蚀控制方案的设计与优化更科学、更有效、更经济.
【Abstract】 An Integrated System on the Design and Evaluation of Maritime Corrosion Control have been established using Matlab,Datasbase software SQL Server,Boundary Element Method and the advanced laboratory technique:the simulating dynamic seawaterand accelerated testing technique,electrochemistry testing technique,marine environment testing technique,protected coatingproperties testing technique and electron microstructure analysis technique.By the Integrated System,we can more scientifically,more effectively and more economically design,optimize and evaluate the corrosion control project of vessel,offshore structure,pipe,oil tank and other marine structures.
