【Abstract】 This paper is based on the practice of the supervision management of “Liaohe Zuo Ye Yi Hao” self-elevating offshoreplatform.It also summarizes the supervision of self-elevating offshore platform and project management during manufacturing whichhelps to put forward some effective experience and methods of project management of ocean engineering,and the concrete practice ofthe schedule,expenses,quality and document control in the course of building.Further more,it provides some important reference ofbuilding and supervising the ship and large-scale project of ocean engineering.更多还原
