玻璃钢模具的制造工艺研究

【摘要】 本文对制造玻璃钢模具的技术与过程做了阐述,从制造模具的条件、模具胶衣的喷涂、模具铺层、模具外结构、脱模和模具处理等六个方面进行了探讨,对制造高质量的模具具有一定的参考价值。
【Abstract】 The technique and process of the manufacture fiberglass mold is provided in this paper.All the steps of manufacturetechnology are analyzed,such as mold condition,mold paste,spreading the layer of mold,external structure of mold,taking off mold,mold treatment and so on.These analyses can provide some value references for improving quality in fiberglass products.
