气缸套-活塞环磨合过程摩擦磨损特性分析

【摘要】 分别从气缸套-活塞环的磨损失重、基于分形方法的摩擦力矩盒维数分析等方面通过实验研究了不同润滑状态下气缸套-活塞环磨合过程中磨损失重和摩擦力矩的变化规律。结果表明,随着磨合磨损的时间的延长,磨损量逐渐增加,磨损率呈下降趋势,摩擦力矩的盒维数呈上升趋势;在不同的润滑方式下,摩擦力矩分析比磨损失重分析更能定量的描述气缸套-活塞环在磨合期内的摩擦磨损特性。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the wear loss of the cylinder liner-piston ring and box dimension of friction torque are studied through theexperiment,and then the changing rule of them is analyzed under the different lubrication condition.It was shown that the wear lossproduces the rising trend,the wear rate produces the falling trend,and the box dimension of friction torque produces the rising trendwith the running-in time.The analysis of box dimension of friction torque is more quantitative than that of wear loss in describingwear characteristic of the cylinder-piston under the different lubrication condition.
