水下爆炸荷载作用下大型舰船设备冲击环境预报方法

【摘要】 本文利用MSC.DYTRAN有限元软件,采用冲击谱的描述方法,以舰艇结构加速度响应作为输入,对大型舰船设备在水下爆炸荷载作用下的冲击环境进行数值仿真。在分析该类型舰船设备冲击环境特点的基础上,通过对不同爆炸冲击因子作用下数值仿真结果的对比分析,归纳出爆炸冲击因子、设备位置参数与冲击环境关系,并给出大型舰船设备冲击环境的预报公式。该预报公式计算结果与数值计算结果吻合良好。

【Abstract】 Shock environment of shipboard equipments under water explosion by using MSC.DYTRAN FE software is simulated, in which shock environment is described by shock spectrum and acceleration response of ship is regarded as input. On basis of analyzing the properties of shock environment of shipboard equipment under different explosion conditions, this paper concludes the relationship among shock environment, explosion shock factor and position parameters of equipments is concluded. Finally, the prediction equations of shock environment for equipments on large ship are deduced. By comparison to the simulated results, the proposed equation is possessed of reasonable prediction accuracy.
