海洋导管架平台抗冰振措施探讨

【摘要】 冰荷载对海洋结构物的威胁除了高荷载值外,更在于它显著的动力效应。冰激振动已引起多起灾难性的海工结构破坏事故。本文针对渤海海冰条件和结构条件,提出了一种简易的海洋平台抗冰振措施,即在平台导管架桩腿上设置弹性橡胶减振护层,用于改变冰载荷的动力特性。计算中将橡胶减振护层假设为附加在主体结构上的“弹簧-阻尼”子系统,子系统的刚度通过实体模型经ANSYS程序计算后得到。冰力曲线取概化后的锯齿状冰力时程曲线,以此冰力时程曲线用ANSYS程序对JZ20-2平台进行动力分析,得到设置橡胶减振护层前、后平台上层甲板不同的振动参数。经比较,得出设置橡胶减振护层后的减振效果,证明此法是一种简易、可行、经济的减振措施。

【Abstract】 Although high load of sea ice is a great threat to ocean structure, the more serious threat lies in itsnotable motive effect. The ice-induced vibration has already caused several disasters to ocean structure. Interms of the conditions of sea ice and ocean structure in Bohai Sea, the text presents a simple measure toreduce the vibration .The measure is establishing layers of flexibility rubber on the stakes of some platform,which is used to change the motive characteristic of ice load. During calculation, the flexibility rubber is supposed as a kind of subsystem which affix to the main structure. The property of the subsystem is a"spring--damper" system whose rigidity is gained from the procedure using the ANSYS to analyze theentity model. A dentate ice curve --converted from real ice curve --is used for the calculation in the text.With the dentate ice curve, motive analysis to JZ20-2 platform by the ANSYS procedure is processing andgets different characters. These characters are separated to two groups corresponding to whether has rubberor not. Through the comparison, an advantageous result of mitigating ice-induced vibration can be seenwhen rubber is affixed. So, the method is a simple, viable, economical measure.
