导管架平台管节点的疲劳分析与寿命估计

【摘要】 本文简单介绍了用于导管架平台管节点疲劳分析的两种方法:确定性分析方法和谱分析方法,二者均是基于线性累积损伤理论来估算管节点的疲劳寿命。作为算例,本文采用确定性分析方法对BZ28-1单点导管架进行了详细疲劳分析,其中波浪力和高频系泊力合在一个工况中,而低频系泊力则作为独立的疲劳载荷工况,分别计算二者的损伤并按照线性累积损伤理论进行叠加,最终算得其疲劳寿命。计算中疲劳S-N曲线采用API-X’曲线,波浪理论则采用艾利微幅波理论。选用适当的疲劳寿命安全系数,对关键节点的寿命进行了评估,并对其继续使用提出了建议。
【Abstract】 Two fatigue analysis methods for tubular joints of jacket platforms are briefly introduced in this paper:deterministic approach and spectral approach, both of which are based on the theory of linear cumulation offatigue damage. As a numerical example, the detailed fatigue analysis for BZ28-1 single point mooringjacket is performed using deterministic approach, in which the direct wave loading and high frequencymooring force are linearly combined in one load case, while the low frequency mooring force is treated asseparate load case. The fatigue damage is analyzed separately and added to obtain the total damage. Thedamage is calculated in accordance with API-X’ curve and Airy wave theory is adopted. The fatigue life forcritical joints is evaluated by using appropriate safety factors, and recommendations for the jacket lifeextension are given.
