NiFe2O4+Co3O4惰性阳极高温导电性的研究

【摘要】 以NiO和Fe2O3粉为原料,添加氧化物Co3O4,用粉末冶金法制备了铝电解用镍铁尖晶石型惰性阳极材料,研究了Co3O4对其微观形貌、密度和高温导电性的影响。结果表明,Co3O4对基体材料有明显助烧结作用,能够提高阳极材料密度和改善阳极高温导电性。XRD和扫描电镜显微研究表明添加的Co3O4有效作用和最佳添加量受其在显微组织区域的容量制约。

【Abstract】 Inert anode materials for use in aluminum electrolysis were made of NiO and Fe2O3 with Co3O4 addition by sintering process.The effects of varying amount of Co3O4 additive on the microstructure,density and electrical conductivity of the materials were investigated in laboratory.The results show that the Co3O4 addition can accelerate the sintering process of the inert anodes,and increase the density and the electrical conductivity at elevated temperatures.XRD and SEM studies indicate the effective functions of the Co3O4 additive is limited by its content within the allowed area of the local microstructure of the anode materials.
