会理铜铅锌多金属硫化矿电位调控优先浮选新工艺

【摘要】 为从会理锌矿含铜的铅锌硫化矿中分选铜,对会理锌矿含铜的铅锌硫化矿进行了系统的工艺矿物学研究和选矿工艺研究。工艺矿物学研究结果表明会理锌矿含铜的铅锌硫化矿中的铜矿物以黄铜矿、银黝铜矿-银砷黝铜矿、硫锑铜银矿、车轮矿等矿物形式存在,并以黄铜矿为主,其次为银黝铜矿-砷黝铜矿系列矿物。铜矿物嵌布特征复杂,与闪锌矿互相包裹及呈固溶体分离结构较为普遍。铜矿物嵌布粒级较均匀,多集中于+0.08mm以上粒级中,铜矿物单体解离度相对较好。根据会理锌矿含铜的铅锌硫化矿的矿石特性,开发了"会理铜铅锌多金属硫化矿电位调控优先浮选新工艺",在-20~-30mV的矿浆电位下,用LP-01新型捕收剂和YN+ZnSO4组合药剂作铜矿物捕收剂和铅锌硫矿物抑制剂优先浮铜,在-270~-300mV的矿浆电位下对选铜尾矿用DDTC和YN+ZnSO4组合药剂作铅矿物捕收剂和锌硫矿物抑制剂浮铅,对选铅尾矿用硫酸铜和丁黄药作锌矿物的活化剂和捕收荆选锌。与现场相比,新工艺不仅获得了高质量的铜精矿,铅、锌精矿中的质量与主金属的回收率也大大提高,且该工艺对环境友好。
【Abstract】 In order to separate copper from Huili lead-zinc complex sulphide ore,ore properties and separation process were investigated.The results of process mineralogy showed that copper mineral of zinc-lead-copper complex sulphide ore exists as chalcopyrite,aftonite-binnite,polybasite and bournonite;and it was relied mainly on chalcopyrite and then aftonite-binnite. The dissemination character of copper mineral was complex and it was universal that copper mineral infolded with sphalerite and was showed as solid solution isolating construction.Dissemination gradation of copper mineral was uniformity and it was mainly fastened on + 0.08mm gradation;Comparatively,the monomer liberation degree of copper mineral was preferably.Potential-controlled in-turn preferential flotation process of Cu-Pb-Zn mutil-metal sulfide ore was adopted according to the character of Cu-Pb-Zn mutil-metal sulfide ore in Huili.LP-01 and(YN+ZnSO4)were used as collector for copper mineral and as strong depressant for lead mineral and zinc mineral in copper flotation respectively while the pulp potential was between-20 to-30mV and pulp pH was between 7.5 to 7.9.DDTC and(YN+ZnSO4)were used as collector for lead mineral and as depressant for zinc sulifide minerals in lead flotation respectively while the pulp potential was between -270 to-300mV and pulp pH was between 11 to 12.In zinc flotation from the tailing of lead flotation,copper sulfate and butyl xanthate were used as the activator and collector for zinc mineral respectively.Compared to the present practice, not only the copper minerals can be recovered,but also the quality and the recovery of both the lead concentrate and zinc concentrate can be greatly improved.
