【摘要】 通过显微硬度测试、力学性能测试、透射电镜分析等手段研究了Al-5.2Cu-0.4Mg-1.02Ag合金板材在欠时效、峰时效、过时效的力学性能和显微组织。结果表明:合金主要强化相是Ω和θ′相,它们之间存在竞相析出与长大的关系。欠时效出现大量细小的Ω相和少量的θ′相,尺寸约为15nm,峰时效Ω相长大且θ′相增多,尺寸约为40nm,过时效Ω相数量有所减少而θ′相数量有所增加,尺寸达到50~80nm左右,且有部分θ′相转变为θ相。峰时效时试样的σb为481Mpa,σ0.2为456Mpa,伸长率δ为11.2%。

【Abstract】 The microstructure and mechanical properties of Al-5.2Cu-0.4Mg-1.02Ag(wt%)alloy plate were investigated by means of microhardness test,mechanical property test,transmission electron microscope during underageing,peak-ageing and overageing.The results show that the main precipitated phases areΩphase andθ′phase which compete for precipitation and growth.A plenty ofΩphase and a small amount ofθ′phase are found in underageing,both of which are about 15nm,and then in peak-ageing,Ωphase grow up and the number ofθ′phase increase,which size are about 40nm.Subsequently,in overageing the number ofΩphase decrease and the number ofθ′phase increase which size are about 50~80nm and part ofθ′phase transform toθphase.In peak-ageing,σb0.2andδis 481Mpa,456Mpa and 11.2%,respectively.
