钼铼合金的冷压缩模拟

【摘要】 针对 MoRe41合金的加工硬化问题进行了冷压缩模拟试验。以应变速率、应变量及原始组织形态为变量参数实施压缩试验,测出应力- 应变曲线,得出各试验参数对变形应力的影响规律。对压缩样品进行金相检验,分析压缩模拟工艺参数对组织状态的影响规律。结果表明,压缩流变应力并非随应变量的增大而单调增加,而是变形到一定程度后出现应力下降趋势;应变速率小时,流变应力先稳态增大随后呈减小的趋势; 应变速率大时,则流变应力呈波浪形变化,且总体高于小应变速率的流变应力;试样再结晶退火态的压缩流变应力小于消应力退火态的压缩流变应力。随应变量和应变速率增大,试样压缩变形后的组织细化但不均匀性增大;再结晶退火态试样压缩变形后组织均匀性好于消应力退火态试样的组织均匀性。

【Abstract】 The problem of strain-hardening is investigated for MoRe41alloy by cold simulation test using Gleeble 1500.Using strain rate,strain and original microstructure as parameters,the compression test was carried out and the relationship of stress and strain was built.The compressed samples were analyzed by metallographic examination,the results showed that flow stress was not monotonic increased with the increase of strain, after the plastic deformation accumulates to some degree,the flow stress appeared decreasing tendency. Under condition of lower strain rate,with stain increasing,the flow stress rose initially and then descended;under condition of higher strain rate,the flow stress showed undulation and was higher than that in lower strain rate;the flow stress was higher with recrystallized microstructure than that with stress relieving annealed microstructure.Uneven microstructure in the compressed samples was increased as of strain and strain rate increased;aider deformation,the microstructure uniformity of original recrystallized samples is better than microstructure with stress relieving annealing samples.
