电磁铆接放电电容值对2A16铆钉变形的影响

【摘要】 作为一种新型铆接方法,电磁铆接已广泛应用于飞机制造领域,放电电容值是其理论研究的重要参数。通过数值模拟和实验相结合的方法研究在相同能量下放电电容值对2A16铆钉变形的影响。数值模拟表明:随着放电电容值增加,电流幅值减小,周期变长。实验结果表明:随着放电电容值增加,铆钉变形量和钉杆均匀性增加,主剪切带越明显;在剪切带内,晶粒被急剧拉长但未发现裂纹,剪切带两侧晶粒变化不大:剪切带处硬度最大,剪切带两侧,硬度逐渐减小。
【Abstract】 As a new kind of riveting technology,electromagnetic riveting has been introduced in a wide range of applications in airplane manufacturing and discharge capacitance is a key parameter in the theoretical study of electromagnetic riveting.The effect of discharge capacitance on 2A16 rivet deformation at the same energy was investigated by numerical simulation and experiment.The simulation indicates that the amplitude of discharge current decreases and the cycle increases with the discharge capacitance increasing.The experimental results show that the rivet deformation degree and the uniformity of rivet shaft increase,the primary shear band is increasingly clear with the discharge capacitance increasing.The grains are severely stretched and no cracks are found in the primary shear band. The variation of grain size is puny in both sides of the primary shear band.Hardness measurement indicates that the maximum hardness occurs in the primary shear band and the hardness decreases gradually on both sides of the primary shear band.
