测量方法对环氧树脂体系化学流变特性的影响
Influence of measurements on rheological behavior of epoxy resin system

【摘要】 用流变仪和粘度计研究了双酚A二缩水甘油醚型环氧树脂(DGEBA)与2-乙基-4-甲基咪唑(2E4MZ)体系的化学流变特性。通过研究升温速率和剪切速率对体系粘度的影响,确定了两种牯度测试方法实验数据的可对比范围以及体系粘度测量的恒温温度范围。通过分析树脂体系恒温固化过程中的粘度-时间关系,分别建立了树脂体系凝胶时间与温度的关系、双阿累尼乌斯粘度模型和工程粘度模型。结果表明,由于不同测试方法中树脂体系的热效应不同,以及依据不同测量方法所建立的粘度模型参数不同,所得到体系的流变特性也有所不同。
【Abstract】 The rheological behavior of the system diglycidyl of bisphenol-A (DGEBA) and 2-ethyl-4-methylimid-azole (2E4MZ) was studied by both rotaviscometer and rheometer. The influences of heating rate and shear rate on viscosity of the system were analyzed to determine the isothermal temperature range of the test and the data comparable range of viscosity obtained from either viscometer or rheometer. The variations of the viscosity versus time during the isothermal cure were also studied. The relation between gel time-temperature was set up. a dual-arrhe-nius viscosity model and an engineering viscosity model were developed. The results show that the heat effect during the tests with two viscosity methods is different, and the rheological behavior deduced from different test measurements is not the same.
