一种新型Ni基电阻合金的热模拟加工流变应力

【摘要】 采用Gleeble-1500热模拟试验机,对Ni-Mo-Cr-Al电阻合金进行高温压缩实验。通过实测不同变形温度、应变速率和变形程度与流变应力的关系,分析了各热变形参数对流变应力的影响规律,经计算得出应力与应变速率、变形程度、变形温度之间的关系本构方程。结果表明:在同一温度下,应变速率不同,材料的流变应力模式不同;且随着应变速率的降低,材料的流变应力不断降低,材料由非稳态流变转变成稳态流变;合金的明显软化温度约为900℃;加工温度达到1250℃时,材料出现发汗现象。
【Abstract】 Compressive deformation hot simulation test of Ni-based electric resistance alloy(Ni-Mo-Cr-Al) was performed by Gleeble-1500 hot simulator. Through measuring the relationship of the different stain rate, deformation degree, deformation temperature and deformation resisitance, the influence regularity of deformation resisitance was analysed, and the mathematical model of deformation resistance was established. The results show that the model of deformation resisitance is different at the same deformation temperature and the different stain rate. The hot deformation stress of this Ni-based electric resisitance alloy decreases with the decrease of stain rate, and the model of deformation changes from steady rheopectic to unsteady rheopectic. The obvious softening temperature of this alloy is about 900 ℃, and the sweating phenomenon appears at 1 250 ℃.
