Mg对Al-5.0%Cu合金力学性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了常用强化元素Mg对Al-5.0%Cu合金性能的影响。研究结果表明:在Al-5.0%Cu合金中加入合金元素Mg能显著提高合金的抗拉强度,但降低了合金的延伸率。这是由于Mg对合金有固溶强化和使共晶组织弥散细化的作用。另外,在Al-5.0%Cu合金中加入合金元素Mg时,合金的热裂倾向增加。当合金中不含Mg时, 合金开始出现热裂纹的热裂环宽度为17.5 mm,Mg含量为0.4%时.开始出现热裂纹的热裂环宽度增加至27.5 mm。
【Abstract】 In order to enhance the mechanical prosperities of the alloy, the effect of Mg on the properties of Al-5. 0%Cu alloy was studied. The results show that Mg element can significantly increase the tensile strength of alloy, and decrease the elongation. Mg can also significantly increase the hot cracking tendency of alloy. This influence is resulted from the combined influence of solution strengthening and dispersion strengthening mechanisms. With the increase of Mg content the alloy tends to hot cracking. The width of the hot cracking ring of Al-5%Cu alloy without Mg is only 17. 5 mm. When the Mg content increases to 0. 4% , the width is 27. 5 mm.
