耐高温质子交换膜用磺化聚芳醚腈砜酮共聚物的合成与表征

【摘要】 将新型二氮杂萘酮类双酚单体(DHPZ),2,6-二氯苯腈(DCBN),磺化4.4’-二氯二苯砜(SDCS)和4,4’-二氟二苯酮(DFK)进行高温二步缩合共聚反应,在190℃时DHPZ,DCBN和SDCS先预聚4 h,然后加入DFK反应到预定粘度,合成出一系列磺化度不同的新型耐高温磺化聚芳醚腈砜酮共聚物。用红外光谱、核磁共振谱表征聚合物结构。并研究了聚合物的溶解性能和成膜性能。

【Abstract】 Novel sulfonated poly(phthalazinone ether nitrile sulfone ketone)s (SPPENSKs) were synthesized for proton exchange membrane material. SPPENSKs with sulfonate groups was prepared through direct polycondensati-on of disodium 3,3’-disulfonate-4,4’-dichlorodiphenylsulfone(SDCS), 4,4’-difluorobenzophenone (DFK), 2,6-di-chlorobenzonitrile (DCBN), 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-l (2H)- phthalazinone (DHPZ). Copolymerization proceeded in sulfolane in the presence of potassium anhydrous carbonate. The method is a two-step polycondensation technique, DHPZ, DCBN and SDCS were firstly precondensation at 190 ’C for 4 h and then DFK was added for polycondesation at 190 ℃till the end of the reaction, which was necessary to be taken to obtain high molecular polymers. Fourier transform infared and ’ H-NMR were used to characterize the structures. The structure of new polymers containing sodium sulfonate groups was confirmed by FT-IR and ’ H-NMR. The solubilities of the polymers were studied.
