工业铝电解质过热度的研究

【摘要】 本文阐述了铝电解质过热度的控制对铝电解生产的重要意义。用于过热度检测的方法包括实验室热分析法和传感器测量法。测定电解质初晶温度的传感器包括热分析型和传热型两种。尽管初晶温度可用数学模型进行计算,然而计算值与测定值存在较大偏差,造成这一现象的主要原因可能是氧化铝浓度分析误差较大。
【Abstract】 In the paper, we introduced the importance of superheat control of aluminumelectrolyte to aluminum production. Two methods, thermal analysis in lab and liquidustemperature probe, were used to measure it. The types of liquidus temperature probes includethermal analysis probe and thermal conductor probe. Liquidus temperature also can be calculatedby mathematical model if the composition of the bath is known. But there are some extent ofdifference between calculation and measurement, which can be largely contributed to themeasurement error of alumina concentration.
