超纯(5N)碳酸锂的研制及其应用前景

【摘要】 超纯碳酸锂是制造电子元器件和光学器件的基础原材料,其应用前景十分广阔,市场潜力大。新疆有色金属研究所已成功开发出了超纯碳酸锂的制备工艺,并建成了小型生产线,其产品质量稳定,各项技术指标全面达标。降低生产成本和形成产业规模是有待进一步解决的问题。

【Abstract】 Ultra-purified lithium carbonate, a basic raw material for manufacturing electronic and optical components, boasts a great application prospect and market potential. In Xinjiang Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals, a manufacturing process was successfully developed for ultra-purified lithium carbonate and a small-scale production line was installed which now could produce the product with a stable quality and with various technical indices up to the standards. The remaining issues to be tackled include cutting production costs and fully commercialization of the process.
