【摘要】 <正>OBJECTIVE To observe therapeutic effect of Roasted Liquorice Decoction （RLD） on arrhythmia in levothyroxine induced hypertrophy with ischemia/reperfusion.METHODS The rats were divided into six groups:normal, model,metoprolol (5mg/kg·d^-1),RLDh,RLDm and RLD1(26.7、17.8、8.9g/kg·d^-1). Roasted Liquorice Decoction and metoprolol were given through intragastric administration for 10 days.The models were induced subcutaneously by levothyroxine (0.4mg/kg·d^-1 x10d).On 11 day,all the animals were ligated on left coronary artery for 10 min and then reperfusion for 10 min.RESULTS RLDh, RLDm and Propranolol showed anti-hypertrophy and anti-arrhythmia effects and decreased the occurrence rates of arrhythmia significantly.In models,serum AST, LDH,HBDH,CK and CKMB were elevated,RLDh,RLDm and Propranolol attenuated them.Body weight was decreased and ventricular weight index was increased in models and ameliorated by Propranolol and RLD significantly. CONCLUSION Cardiac arrhythmia induced by ischemia/reperfusion was improved with Roasted Liquorice Decoction.更多还原
