【摘要】 目的:评价南京市23家医院2005～2007年消化系统抗酸及治疗消化性溃疡病药物的应用状况及趋势。方法:用金额排序法和用药频度排序法,对南京市23家医院2005～2007年消化系统抗酸及治疗消化性溃疡病药物进行统计分析。结果:近3年中此类药物的用药金额仍呈逐年上升趋势,但年增长率有所减缓;质子泵抑制剂用药金额及用药频度仍遥遥领先,平均年用药金额已占此类药物年用药总金额的80.6%。结论:疗效确切、副作用少、不良反应发生率低、用药依从性好的质子泵抑制剂类抗酸及治疗消化性溃疡药仍为临床首选,此类药物开发前景广阔。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To analyze the application and tendency of the drugs for antiacid and peptic ulcer diseases in 23 hospitals of Nanjing area during 2005～2007.METHODS:In ranking of amount of money of drugs and DDDs,the drugs for antiacid and peptic ulcer diseases in 23 hospitals of Nanjing area during 2005～2007 statistically analyzed.RESULTS:During this period,the amount of money of these drugs were still progressively rising year by year,but the annual growth rate had slowed down.;the amount of money and the DDDs of PPI were still far ahead,the average year amount of money accounted for 80.6% of the total year amount of money of these drugs.CONLUSION:The drugs of PPI for peptic ulcer were still the first choice in clinical application because of its efficacy,fewer side effects,the low rate of adverse reactions and good compliance,this kind of drug will be broad prospects for development.更多还原
