【Abstract】 Objective To provide the evidence of neurotoxicity and addiction mechanisms of metham- phetamine systematically,and discuss the prevention of its abuse.Methods In this article,the investigations of the methamphetamine are reviewed based on the latest 41 references.Results and Conclusions As the rapid progress of pharmacological and molecular biological methods,the toxicity and addiction mechanisms of methamphetamine are well known.However,the therapy of its abuse still needs further research.更多还原
