6-硝基吲唑类化合物与MISO对小鼠神经系统影响的比较

【摘要】 目的:观察6-硝基吲唑类化合物(Ⅱ号药)和MISO对小鼠神经系统的药理作用。方法:每项实验小鼠均分为3组:Ⅱ号药组、MISO组及空白对照组。结果:Ⅱ号药和MISO对小鼠的游泳时间均无明显影响,但Ⅱ号药组小鼠的游泳时间与MISO组相比明显缩短。Ⅱ号药可明显缩短戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的催眠时间,MISO可明显延长戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的催眠时间。给药后5~15min,Ⅱ号药组小鼠爬杆级数明显增加,给药后15-60min,MISO组小鼠爬杆级数明显增加。结论:Ⅱ号药和MISO在有效剂量范围内对小鼠神经系统均有一定的影响,Ⅱ号药对小鼠神经系统有明显的兴奋作用,而MISO对小鼠神经系有明显的抑制作用。

【Abstract】 AIM:To observe the general pharmacology effects of No. n drug and MISO in mice. METHODS: Animals were divided into three groups- No.Ⅱ drug groups,MISO groups and saline control groups. RERULTS: No.Ⅱ drug and MISO have no the obvious influence on swimming time in mice,but swimming time of No. Ⅱ drug groups was shorter than that of MISO groups. No. Ⅱ drug can shorten sleeping time in mice by pentobarbitale sodium and MISO can prolong sleeping time in mice by pentobarbitale sodium. After ip administration medicine 5 min, the classes of climbing stick in No. n drug groups were increased significantly. After ip administration medicine 15 min, the classes of climbing stick in MISO groups were increased significantly. CONCLUSION: Effective doses of No. Ⅱ drug and MISO had effects on nervous systems in mice,No. Ⅱ drug had excited effects on nervous system in mice and MISO had inhibitory effects on nervous system in mice.
