【摘要】 为了探讨河南汉族人群缺血性脑卒中与凝血因子VⅡ基因R353Q多态性的关系,我们利用聚合酶链反应-限制性内切酶片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析技术,检测512例健康对照组和512例缺血性脑卒中病人的凝血因子VⅡ基因型,并进行基因型和等位基因频率的计数。结果表明基因型频率符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律,R353Q基因型和等位基因的频率分布在两组间存在显著性差异(P<0．05),由此推断河南汉族人群中存在凝血因子 VⅡ基因的R353Q多态性,其中Q等位基因可能是缺血性脑卒中的遗传保护因子。更多还原

【Abstract】 To study whether there is any relationship between polymorphism of coagulation factor Ⅶ gene and Ischemic cerebrovascuiar disease in Han population of Henan in China. We screened coagulaotion factor Ⅶ(R353Q) genotype in 512 patients with schemic cerebrovascuiar disease by polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphisms (PCR-RFLP) assay. The R353Q genotype of factor Ⅶ distribution was in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The distribution of allele and genotype in R353Q had significant difference between the cases of control group and CVD patients. We may conclude that the Q allele of the R353Q polymorphisms of the factor Ⅶ gene may be a protective genetic factor against ischemic cerebrovascular disease in Han population of Henan in China.更多还原
