【摘要】 以9个甘蓝型黄籽油菜（Brassica napus）品系和组合为供体进行花药培养。结果表明。甘蓝型黄籽油菜愈伤组织诱导频率受花蕾长度、蔗糖浓度、培养基等因素影响.取材以2～3 mm的花蕾效果最好,培养基则是含 6％～10％蔗糖浓度的B5培养基最好。试验还发现愈伤组织分化时,B5培养基附加 6-BA4.0mg/L和NAA0.2 mg/L效果较好。试验得到甘蓝型黄籽油菜组合的单倍体植株。更多还原

【Abstract】 The anthers of nine lines or FI of yellow-seeded rapeseed (Braassica napus) were cultured. The results showed that rhe size of bud,sucrose concentration,medium affected the induced frequ’ency of anther callus in yellow-seeded rapeseed (Brassica napus). The flower buds of 2-3 mm in length were the best explant. B5 medium with 6%-10% sucrose is the best media. It was found that the effect of callus differentiation in B5 medium with 6-BA 4. 0 mg/L and NAA 0. 2 mg/L was the best. The haploid plants had been gotten from the trial.更多还原
