【Abstract】 Amino acid sequences of nitrogen endpoint of the structural protein VPI of BmDNVKShinshu University Strain) was detected. The complete nucleotide sequences ofthe structural protein VPI from BmDNVKShinshu University Strain) was amplified by 3’ rapid amplification of cDNA ends,and was measured with ABI PRISM DNA橲equencing Kit. Gene of the structural protein VPI of BmDNVI was expressed with baculovirus (AcNPV)expression systems. The results that the protein,DNA and mRNA of insect cell Sf9 infected by recombination AcNPV was detected with West Blot,Southern Blot and Northern Blot were positive.更多还原
