人类D,G组染色体Cd变异研究
Study of centromeric dots variation on human chromsomes of D and G groups

【摘要】 运用Cd-NOR同步银染技术,对123例正常人D,G织染色体小Cd,“Cd-NOR融合”作了分析,结果发现,①D,G组染色体出现小Cd的频率显著高于其理论预期值;②G组染色体“Cd-NOR融合”频率明显高于其理论值;③D,G组小Cd和Cd-NOR融合频率在男女之间没有明显差异。还对D,G组近端着丝粒染色体易于不分离的原因进行了探讨,提出了新的解释。
【Abstract】 Centromeric dots(Cd) variation of human chromosomes of D and G groups were studied by a simultaneous silver staining of both NOR and Cd. The result showed that small Cd variation frequencies of D and G groups chromosomes are significantly higher than the theoretic frequencies of themselves and Cd-NOR fusion frequency of G group chromosome is also significantly higher than theoretic frequency of itself. We discuss the relation between the Cd variation and aneuploidy.
