小麦硬偏六倍体中间型及其与中国春杂种第1代的核型分析

【摘要】 硬偏六倍体中间型来源于硬粒小麦与偏凸山羊草杂交并自然加倍的八倍体类型,其染色体组成还不清楚.在研究中国春(AABBDD)与硬偏六倍体中间型,杂交的过程中,对杂种第1代花粉母细胞进行减数分裂染色体配对分析,观察到大多数花粉母细胞14对二价体,14个单价体。进一步观察偏凸山羊草、中国春、硬偏六倍体中间型以及杂种第1代的体细胞核型,发现在硬偏六倍体中间型和杂种第1代中含有与偏凸山羊草M~V染色体组相似臂比、着丝粒位置的染色体。初步判断,硬偏六倍体中间型的染色体组成是AABBM~VM~V,而硬偏六倍体中间型与中国春的杂种第1代染色体组成是AABBDM~V。
【Abstract】 The hexaploid Ying-Pian media type comes from the natural adding octo-ploid type,which is the breeding between. T. durum. Dest(2n=4x=28 AABB)and Ae. ventri-cosa(2n = 4x=28 DDMM). It’s not clear which chromosome groups are here. In studying the breeding process between Chinese Spring (AABBDD) and the hexaploid Ying-Pian media type, we make the analysis of chromsome pairing at MI of hybrid FI , observe that most of them have 14 pairs of bivalents and 14 univalents. Go ahead with such experience,we observe the same karytype of the following materials Ae. ventricosa, Chinese Spring, the hexaploid Ying-Pian media type and hybrid FI ,and we see in the hexaploid Ying-pian and its hybrid FI , there exists the chromosomes which have the similar arm-comparision and centro-mere place with M chromosomes groups from Ae. ventricosa. So we can determine firstly that the chromosome forming of the hexaploid Ying-Pian media type is about AABBMM,while hybrid FI between Chinese Spring and the hexaploid Ying-Pian media type is AABBDM.
