采空区地压分析及安全开采研究
Analysis of the Underground Stress and Research of Safety Mining in the Mined-out Area

【摘要】 针对某磷矿的生产实际情况,调查了采空区顶底板及矿柱的变形及破坏情况,分析计算了空区中矿柱的安全稳定性,采用离散单元法DEM(Discrete Element Method),分析计算了采空区围岩的应力场及变形场的分布规律。研究表明,回采过程中,顶板和底板将会发生较为明显的冒落和隆起,空区顶板变形随时间有增大的趋势,垂直位移最大值出现在采区中部。提出了切实可行的空区下回采底板及不同矿层联合回采的方案,给出了空场地压监测及处理对策。
【Abstract】 Based on the Phosphorite Mine, the deformation and damage condition of the wall rock and the pillars in the mined-out area are investigated, and the safety and stability of the pillars in the mined-out area are analysed. The stress field and deformation field of the wall rock in the mined-out area are calculated by using DEM (Discrete Element Method). The research shows that the wall rock will produce obvious deformation while mining. The deformation of the wall rock will increase with the exposing time, and the maximum deformation is in the middle of the mined-out area. The practical mining method is put forward. The monitoring method of the underground pressure and the treatment technique of the mined-out area are given.
