引水隧洞豆砾石回填灌浆渗透系数的试验分析

【摘要】 引黄入晋工程连接段国际V标7~#隧洞在TBM开挖、出碴、管片衬砌、豆砾石回填灌浆等工序中,针对其中的豆砾石回填与水泥灌浆的质量控制方面的问题,本文提出了在实验室里通过模拟真实环境条件,试验获取豆砾石回填水泥灌浆渗透系数S_k的方法,在分析S_k与水灰比、灌浆程序等的基础上,将试验结果用于指导实际工程,取得了良好的施工效果。
【Abstract】 In Tunnel No.7 of YRDP ICB Connection Works, working procedure is TBM excavation, conveymuck, erecting segment, pea-gravel back-filling and cement grouting. To control quality of pea-gravel back-fillingand cement grouting, this paper had made a method of gaining the permeability coefficient Sk of pea-gravelback-filling grouting by testing in lab. Based on analyzing the relation of permeability coefficient Sk and W/Cratio and grouting program, using test results in the projection, constructing results was very excellent.
