地下采矿岩体暴露顶板的破坏和塌落

【摘要】 主要研究了地下岩体破坏和冒落过程,分析了岩体的强度理论,阐述了岩体破坏和冒落的关系。研究表明岩体和岩石的破坏可能完全不同,岩体进入塑性区,甚至产生裂隙,但不一定冒落。本文所研究的西石门铁矿,由于多年开采,形成了100多万m~3的采空区,空区顶板离地面只有54m,空区对地下采矿构成了巨大的威胁。本文对地下的采空区稳定性、冒落过程和模式进行了研究,建立了冒落的物理数学模型并进行了计算,得到了顶板岩体的冒落规律,对空区冒落进行了预报和监控。该矿空区实际冒落的形式和范围与研究结果基本一致。研究成果在其它矿山获得了推广应用。

【Abstract】 The processes of the failure and collapse of rock masses is studied in underground mines, the strengththeory of rock masses is analyzed, and the relationship between the failure and collapse of rock masses iselaborates. This research indicates that the failure of rock and that of rock masses are probably not at all similar.Even though the rock masses go into the plastic state, even to the extent that the fractures are developed, rockmasses do not always fall in. Since about one million cubic meters of the mined-out area has been formed bymining over the years at Xishimen’s iron mine, and the gob roof is only 54 m high from the ground, the mined-outarea is a menace to the underground mine. This paper analyzes the stability, the falling process and pattern in themined-out area, develops a physical mathematics model and performs the simulation of the falling process the rockmasses, and obtains the falling rules of the roof rock masses. This model was used for forecasting and monitoringthe collapse of the mined-out area. The actual falling shapes and ranges of the mined-out area are within thepredicted estimates. The results of this research have been successfully applied to other mines.
