改进的自适应遗传算法及其工程应用
ADAPTIVE GENETIC ALGORITHM AND ITS APPLICATION IN BACKWARD ANALYSIS

【摘要】 本文通过引入小生境技术、重复串处理及增大配对个体之间的距离维持群体的多样性以及通过应用种群迁移、自适应杂交算子和自适应变异算子改善个体在解空间的分布对遗传算法进行了有效合理的改进,大大改善了局部化收敛和未成熟收敛问题。此外,文中还通过对岩体参数的估计引入地质统计方法以改善初始种群的质量,并结合工程实践给出了弹塑性位移反分析的实例,取得了较好效果。
【Abstract】 By uniformity of initial populations, increasing Hamming distance between populations, niching,populations migration and adaptive crossover operator, adaptive mutation operator, improved adaptive geneticalgorithm method was proposed which keeps populations diversity effectively and improves the performance oflocal convergence and premature convergence, besides, range of initial populations was improved by geologystatistics method on rock parameter. Application in certain engineering shows that improved adaptive geneticalgorithm method is of high Search speed and good precision to elastic-plastic back analysis for GeotechnicalEngineering.
