不同培土培肥措施对烤烟光合作用、不定根发育和根系多胺含量的影响

【摘要】 以烤烟K326为材料,采用盆栽试验研究了不同培土措施对植株光合作用、不定根发育及根系多胺含量的影响,结果表明:中耕培土培肥能增加烤烟植株叶片光合速率,在不培肥的情况下,培土也能在一定程度上增加叶片光合速率,改善叶片光合性能。培土处理有利于烤烟植株不定根的产生。在培土各处理中,以培肥处理对不定根发育影响最大,到后期其不定根鲜重是其它处理的2.4~4.6倍。培土培肥措施对烤烟植株生长后期侧根腐胺含量有显著影响,是其它处理植株根系腐胺含量的1.5~3.3倍,对精胺和亚精胺含量的影响无明显的规律性。从不定根根系多胺含量变化来看,培土培肥处理对不定根后期腐胺含量影响较大,是其它处理的2.1~4.0倍,而分开培土培肥处理腐胺含量最小。培土培肥处理烤烟植株每株叶数、鲜叶重、最大叶面积都大于其它处理,说明在烤烟栽培中培土培肥措施对植株生长发育有一定影响,培土措施也能在一定程度上促进烟株的生长发育。
【Abstract】 Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of different earth-up treatment on leaf photosynthesis,adventitious root development and the polyamine content in root system of the flue-cured tobacco K326.The results show that the earth-up plus fertilizing treatments can increase the net photosynthetic rate.The earth-up treatment alone(without fertilizing)can also increase the net photosynthetic rate and improve the photosynthetic character to some extent.The earth-up treatment always helps lateral root development,and the earth-up plus fertilizing treatments have the best effects and their lateral root fresh weight is 2.4~4.6 times that of the other treatments in the later stage of tobacco growth.The putrescine content in lateral roots of earth-up plus fertilizing treatments increases significantly in the later stage of tobacco growth and the value is 1.5~3.5 times higher than that of the other treatments.The effect of earth-up treatment on the spermine and spermidine contents varies without obvious rules.The putrescine content in the adventitious root with the earth-up plus fertilizing treatments increases significantly at the later stage of the tobacco growth and reach to a value that is 2.1~4.0 times that of the other treatments and the putrescine content of earth up or fertilizing treatment alone is the least one.The leaf number,fresh weight and the max area per plant of the earth-up plus fertilizing treatment are always bigger than that of the other treatments.It is suggested that the earth-up treatment has some effects on the growth of tobacco plant and the earth-up treatment facilitate the growth of tobacco plant to a certain extent.
