新型介孔材料合成及选择性降害研究
The Research of Synthesis of Mesoporous Molecular Sieve and Application for Selective Reduction PAHs in Cigarette Smoke

【摘要】 本文研究了金属修饰的M48介孔材料的合成,并通过X射线衍射、高分辨透射电镜、紫外可见漫反射、X射线荧光光谱、傅立叶变换红外光谱、热分析、氮气吸附解附测试手段考察了金属原子的掺杂对介孔材料的结构和形态的影响。在降低卷烟烟气多环芳烃的试验中,考察了两种介孔材料与卷烟烟气的的作用效果,发现在基本上不改变卷烟风格的基础上均可以选择性降低烟气中的多环芳烃,特别是对四环以上多环芳烃的降低率明显高于文献报道值;同时还发现无论将材料介入到滤嘴中还是烟丝中,Me-M48介孔材料降低多环芳烃的效果明显优于M48材料。
【Abstract】 Metal (Me) incorporated M48 molecular sieves have been hydrothermally synthesized using a mixed templating and adjusting pH route. The samples were characterized by various physicochemical methods, including X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, diffuse reflectance UV-vis spectroscopy, XRF spectroscopy, thermo gravimetric, FT - IR spectroscopy and nitrogen adsorption. Me-M48 and M48 were employed to cigarette for selective reduction PAHs. The results show that under the situation of almost unchanging the quality of cigarette smoking, the descreasing effect is especially obvious to those PAHs including four rings in molecular. The descreasing percentage exceeds the percentage reported by other papers. In the same time, comparing the effect of application of M48 and Me-M48, it shows that Me-M48 has better effect for application.
