磷用量、烟叶骨架物质、烟叶厚度间关系的初探

【摘要】 随磷用量的增加,烤后烟叶纤维素含量降低、木质素含量升高、果胶质基本不变;总体上烟叶总细胞壁物质在低磷土壤中随施磷量的增加而下降,中磷土壤中则表现为先下降再上升。磷用量与烟叶厚度呈显著正相关,特别是叶中与叶基部位;总细胞壁物质含量、纤维素含量与烟叶厚度负相关;木质素含量与烟叶厚度正相关。通过本文的研究,得出中上部烟叶厚度分别在0.12~0.14mm与0.14~0.17mm较适宜;河南褐土低磷土壤中(有效磷<10ppm)氮磷钾比为1:1.5:3为好;中磷土壤中(有效磷10~25ppm)氮磷钾比为1:0.5~1:3最合适。

【Abstract】 With the increase of phosphorus consumption, the cellulosic content of tobacco leaf is reduced, the content of lignin rises, the pectin quality does not change basically after baking; The total cell wall matter of tobacco leaf constructs the increase of phosphorus quantity to drop at the same time in the low phosphorus soil generally, and it is shown drop first and then risen in the medium phosphorus soil. The phosphorus consumption and thickness of tobacco leaf are the remarkable positive correlation, especially in the leaf and leaf base position; The content of total cell wall matter , cellulosic content and thickness of tobacco leaf are shouldered relevantly; Content of the lignin and positive correlation of thickness of tobacco leaf. Through the research of this text, draw the relatively suitable thickness of middle part leaf is 0.12~0.14mm and of the top leaf is 0.14~0.17mm; draw the effective phosphorus consumption in the brown soil of Henan is 1:1.5:3 in low phosphorus soil (Effective phosphorus <10ppm) and 1:0.5~1:3 in medium phosphorus soil (Effective phosphorus 10~25ppm).
