基于MEMS技术倾角测量系统的设计与实现
Dip Angle Measuring System Based on MEMS

【摘要】 利用MEMS电子倾角传感器和430低功耗单片机测量重力参考系下全圆周范围内的倾斜角度值。介绍了一种利用Matlab分析弦函数关系模型的方法,并在此基础上将双轴(单轴±90°)关系映射到单一角度空间(360°),实现了全圆周角度测量;最后介绍了系统的硬件构成。
【Abstract】 It is introduced for a dip angle measuring system based on MEMS electronic dip angle sensor and ultra-low power consumption microcontroller within the range of circumference under gravity reference system, and for a method which uses Matlab to analysis sine or cosine function module. By mapping the two axles’relationship to the sole angular region, the entire circumference measurement of angle has realized. At the end, the system hardware composition is described.
